I am looking for help on my payment issue which i have done in
cafe coffee day outlet. on 22nd june 2016, i visited one of your store located in pune warje area. after placing an order i tried to make payment using my
paytm wallet and transaction is completed from my side /
paytm wallet and i got confirmation against that, but same payment was not got detected / completed from
cafe coffee day warje merchant. also they told me that there is no option from ccd store side so that they can check the payment details and revert so if you want your order you need to pay again and for your previous payment issue you have to get in touch with
paytm and they will revert the changes. i tried explaining issue as payment is not failed from there (
paytm) side and i need solution from your side or atlist some kind of confirmation from your side based on my payment transaction details, but they are not accepting that fact. so finally i decided to pay again the amount and raised ticket with
paytm for same payment issue.
Now i got confirmation from
paytm saying the payment transaction is successfully completed and for your refund you should get in touch with ccd for the same. now again with same details i contacted your warje pune outlet but again they told me that you have to get in-touch with
cafe coffee day support team to get revert. so for same reason i am sent email on [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com but such bad service from
cafe coffee day. even after sending multipal reminders, no one is responding to my request or even they are not sending any acknowledgement message.
I hope
cafe coffee day team will help in this and i will get revert of my payment
