I had ordered a medium cappuccino on 21 feb 2019 at 2.48pm on fc road outlet pune in bhosale heights... There was a cockroach in the coffee i drank the whole coffee and in the ground there was the cockroach and when i discuss with the staff they were like staff is new or it might have gone wen coffee was serve on my table this we're reasons from the staff i am sharing the pictures of the cup.
