Date of the incident - 29 June 2021
We have requested to take the machine back in March 2021 via mail. But it has not been collected from the service department end. It's a fault from their end and charging to pay the months of April, may, June where we have not used at all. Not ready to give us any acknowledgment that the deposit amount of 25, 000 will be refunded. There is a trust issue also with the service provider named mani.
So, if the service provider is ready to refund and not charge any amount of 3 months. And if they refund the deposit amount. We can return the machine.
