[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — coffee machine | |
From last 7 months i am facing the problem with the machine and also raising complaints, but not giving the proper solution and the problem is occurring again and again. Finally i have complained to the area sales manager in the month of december. He promised me to resolve the issue in weeks days and finally he took 3 months to solve. But unfortunately in 3 to 5 days again there was a different problem and no one addressed the problem till now and they throw blame on my organization that i am not using the company beans. I have a stock which was bought in the month of december when the area manager promised to rectify the unit. With out any proper evidence they come to a conclusion and stop the service. This is only a little information i am furnishing, there is a lot to express. We are thoroughly disappointed with the answers of the responsible heads. Was this information helpful? | |
