[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Forcing customers to buy add ons | |||||
The sales guy at cafe coffee day, iit kharagpur is forcing customers to buy add ons and selling them larger sized drinks. I ordered spinach corn n cheese sandwich. He said sandwich will come with chips. I said i do not want chips. He said no, no, sandwich will come with chips. And would you guess it, those chips cost almost as much as the sandwich, so i ended up paying rs. 99 for a sandwich that was supposed to cost me rs.65. I would like to know whether this is the official policy at ccd? All the figures are pre-taxes. Was this information helpful? | |||||
