[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — Inappropriately charged by cashier

I went to ccd store on 17 march located in Sayjigunj vadodara. I installed app for first time & also activated lime wallet. So as you know that by default I can use 75 beans and wallet beans as well, so I ordered a cappuccino its bill was 110 rupees.The cashier told that I would have to give 35 rupees in cash because I can only use 75 rupees for first time, I tried to explain him that I have 51 rupees in my wallet, but in vain.So I had to pay 35 rupees.Later I found that 35 rupees also had been deducted from lime wallet as well. As you know I didn't had to pay a single penny to cashier, but I did due to lack of knowledge of cashier, I request you to give instructions to CCD store in Sayajigunj to give back my money in cash.I also had written about this issue to [protected]@cafecoffeeday.com but received no proper reply.

CCD first mailed me that they are solving the issue.Then after few days a CCD official from my city called me and told me that I can collect my cash back from the store.It actually took about 10-14 days to solve this issue but I am happy that my problem has been solved and CCD take care of their customers.
