[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — incorrect billing / overcharged consumer | |||
I asked for a sandwich (185/-) and classic cold coffee specifically (105/-) which i have mentioned several times, to which the customer executive, jayarama, agreed and added to my order, however when the final billing he asked for rs.420/- to which i was shocked why he was demanding rs.105/- extra. He said he added dark frappe when i had specifically asked for classic cold coffee with no added flavours or even dark. So instead he was trying to bill me extra and thought i wouldn’t ask and would blindly pay as most customers would. This is highly unexpected from a brand like ccd which i’ve been going to in the past. But this executive was just casual and didn’t even admit his mistake. Either he should be charged with or ccd should be charged with consumer injustice. Please take action incorrect billing not valid to order. Was this information helpful? | |||
