[Resolved] Cafe Coffee Day — unprofessional and threading service | |||||
Hi Team, This is regarding an incident which 19 Feb 2018 at Cafe coffee day Maddur. The manager of the store was suppose to bill and add reward points to the app. When asked to add the points to the app the manager denied says the bill is already generated and we can't add points now. He was extremely rude and didn't have the courtesy to apologize. I said, is it now your duty to check with customer if they have the app. He says customer get offended when asked if they have the coffee day app. This is hilarious and utter nonsense. He has charged us for a incorrect item and also later didn't provide bill for the correct item. When asked for bill he was completely arrogant.
