They are totally fraud they promises a lot but no fulfillment of a single one..
I must say that they should be punish for this definately.
I will cade against them in consumer court....

I have ordered a designer cake worth ₹4549 on[protected]. I have completed my payment and recieved a payment confirmation message. But there is no update after that. The contact number that they have mentioned in their website is a fake one. This is high level fraud they are doing to the consumers. Please initiate action and try to help to refund my money. Worst service and cake delivered.

Attached the images of the cake received. Nothing at all was right about the cake. Below are major problems:
- cake was broken (Images attached)
- the base bread under fondant was dry as if 2-3 days old
- the fondant was bitter and sticky
