My mother lives in a house in bally Howrah all alone hardly uses any appliances yet bill is always high..past 2months she was out of town and main switch was off yet bill is far above fixed charges
I don't think meter reading really counts as cesc just send random bills on assumption basis

I am Ashim kumar Patra. I have paid january 2017 bill Rs 270 twice by debit card. Please adjust excess amount Rs 270 with next bill february 2017 which is Rs 370
