Dear cesc team This is to inform you that i am possessing a cesc meter and my consumer number is [protected], Reason to write this is that on 7th of sep 2017 i had maid my bill amounting rs 2640 through upi (Transaction id : nx[protected]) at 12:20 p. M but unfortunately the same amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank a/c on 8th sep 2017 at 11:26 a. M as standing instruction was set for the bill. I am residing at Asansol under wesedcl vide Id no[protected] where as i am receiving mail in in favour your consumer no.[protected].who has provided my mobile no.[protected] please delete my mobile no from your customer profile immediately.I am harassing for a long period.I have got sim documents from bsnl which i can provide you.

I have paid online bill for July 2017 through debit card on 6.9.2017.amount has been debited from my bank account but receipt not generated. Consumer I'd [protected], amount paid Rs 1520.please send a receipt I'd on my mail I'd.my mail id is already registered on the site. Please provide the reciept urgently.
