I have paid the jun'19 bill for consumer id no. [ [protected]] amounting to rs.6430 from my icici net banking on 27.07.2019. Unfortunately, the e-receipt has not been generated but the amount has been debited from my bank account. Transaction reference no. Is vin/cesc/[protected]/[protected]. Please make sure that the amount has been credited to the above consumer no. Otherwise investigate properly and do the needful and issue me the e-receipt.
