This is to bring to your kind attention regarding the subject sms in my registered mobile wherein you recorded that my present electricity meter reading is 4066. This appears to me abnormal and instantly i complained over phone that your meter needs checking. Accordingly a complaint no[protected] was registered. Your men inspected the meter which was found to be burnt and malfunctioned even after isolating mcb. It was also pointed out to your representative that the meter continued recording abnormally fast even after mcb was off. Your men then isolated the meter having cut the adjoining loop s. As advised by them and duly confirmed over phone from your office, i had deposited rs.1235/-to replace the burnt meter. The meter is then replaced and normalcy of power supply restored. Now i feel the meter reading as recorded by you on 06/08/19 is erronious for faulty meter. I also requested your comm. Mgr vide my letter dt.08/08/19 not to bill for payment due this error reading. Unfortunately i received an email (Copy enclosed) for payment of rs.21, 340/- based on the above faulty reading. I, therefore request you to consider my above electricity supply bill based on the facts stated. Awaiting your favorable response and oblige.

Sir, in my letter dt.8th. August, 2019 to your commercial manager at your south regional office duly receipted on the same day, we prayed that due to meter fault, it showed abnormally high energy consumption reading. This has also been inspected bu your technical persons and advised to lodge a complaint. Accordingly the meter was replaced power supply normalcy restored. May i request you to check my energy consumption for the last twelve months when no such abnormality had occurred. Kindly reconsider my prayer so that i am not forced to pay such high amount for no fault of me. Awaiting your favorable response. Thank you, sukumar dutta
