[protected] and client I'd:[protected], want to let you know that my bill used to become very high during April to November for 4 yrs, i had complained 3 years ago but in vain and my meter becomes old, plz look into my matter and get replace old mete..
In my area, the CESC OFFICERS DISCONNECTED THE LINES WITHOUT PRIOR ISSUING NOTICE TO THE VICTIMS... JUST SHOW THE REASON AS THE METER BECOMES OLD.. THEY NEVER GIVE WARNING AND NOTICE TO THE VICTIMS...PLEASE TAKE appropriate STEPS TO AVOID THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS TO THE INNOCENT PEOPLE...
