Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — complaint against cancelation of new supply applications.

Respected sir,
I am sri aloke chakraborty, one of the owner of the premisses a/162, baghajatin colony, regent estate, kolkata-92 handed over our property to a building promoting company to develop it as an apartment on 2015 and at that time i surrendered my existing cesc meter bearing consumer no [protected] ([protected] at past). After completing the work on 2017, when i applied for a new electric connection for my portion in the said apartment, cesc authority (South) cancelled my application saying that i already have an existing meter. I applied twice again by the name of nilanjana chakraborty (My wife) on 2017 bearing mr no. 01/12800/17, annexure a form no. [protected] and on 2018 bearing mr no. 01/11190/18, annexure a form no. [protected], which have also cancelled by cesc showing same reason. Till now i don't have any electricity in my flat and bound to stay at a rental house. I visited the district engineer (South) and the deputy manager, and they said me to proof my ownership of that flat, though i have shown them all my legal documents of address proof like my aadhaar card, voter card, bank passbook, kmc tax bill etc. I already spent a lot of money to stay outside of my own flat and exhorted to loosing my financial condition. I am a 52 years aged heart patient, had went through a major operation, can't bear such anxiety any more.
We hope that you are kind enough to help us about this matter and will take necessary actions to solve the matter and help us to put a light in our house.

I have not received any confirmation message against current month(082018) mobile bill payment through axis mobile apps.My customer id is: [protected]. Please note that the bill amount of rs. 1320.00 has been debited twice from my bank account on 17.08.2018.

Kindly look into it and advice.
