Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — complaint regarding stealing my electricity connection and using

Dear concern,
I m fahim akhtar previous living in 45a/h/6 canal east road narkeldanga kolkata-700011 but now we shift last year in march but now i come to know someone stealing the connection from my meter and earning money even i have requested earlier to disconnect my connection temporary until further requested to reconnect now my meter bill came so high i want you to verify and do some inspections. I attached my electricity bill for your reference.
