Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — double payment of my electricity bill of rs.2460.00 | |||
I paid my electricity bill through Card (paytm) on 16.02.18. I got a message that my account has been debited towards electricity bill of Rs.2460.00 from POS-CESC dated 16.02.2018 at 11.36 A.M. and since non-receipt of payment confirmation, I again tried go for payment. This time my a/c also debited by same amount and I got the confirmation from CESC. So my account debited doubly. I would request you to kindly reverse payment of Rs.2460.00 in respect of double payment. Was this information helpful? | |||
