In my (Sri Birendra Nath Chatterjee, of 4B, Sri Chaityanya Sarani, Serampore, Hooghly, W.B) last bill against Consumer I.D: [protected], to my utter surprise the amount to be paid is Rs. 1200/-, a whooping rise, compared to average of Rs. 300-350/- in earlier months.
Please look into the matter & investigate the reason of such unjustified amount at an early date as the due datre of payment is within 15.11.2016

My meter reading of cesc electricity is not working well this is the reason my bill is also coming high so i request to the cesc company to check my meter reading as soon as possible
