Dear sir/madam, I am very surprise with bill for october month of consumer no - [protected], amounting rs 2000 having 316 unit, as we yet not started residing in my new flat. My due date is 4th december. Please clarify what is basis of creating the bill, when person not started residing and you are charging 316 unit, this is matter of fraud and if required i will share entire issue with evidence to power minister team. My consumer no is[protected].Today paid monthly Electricity bill Rs 950 on line through Debit card.Although bank deducted the payment no confirmation from CESC.Request intervene and action.
