Consumer No. [protected] and customer ID no [protected], customer name Mr. Chandan Kanti Biswas, residing at 20 no. Hare Krishna Seth Lane, Block B, Flat 5, Kolkata 700 050. Last three months I observed excess meter amount is sent by you to my end. Although I am not use such amount of electricity. In this present situation please help he to solve this problem as I am a senior citizen and it is not possible to bear such amount of bill. Please do the needfull action as early as possible.
