Dear sir/madam,

Ref: consumer no.[protected]

Based on my usage comparatively last year, the unit consumption has increased without anything being excessively used. My address is 20 abhoy guha road, parvati tower, liluah, howrah-711204. September month bill came around 4410/- and october month rs. 1947/-. Despite several complaint in cesc board they are not accepting the written communication and asking us to show to local electrician.

From begining the Phone No.[protected] was given at the time of new connection, my CESC Customer ID.[protected] in name of Smt.KINNI DAS BISWAS and any messages were coming, in recent I have noticed that the Phone No.[protected] is incorporated in lieu of [protected].How it is possible ? Pl.immediate change the Phone No. as before.
