MY customer id is [protected] My father fied a year back or more in 2020 july After that house is locked and noone stays there Still for a year I am receiving exorbitant bill to my surprise I complained multiple times to CESC team and called too but still the bill is not rectified though the customer care assures me every time that it will be done According to their advice I took metre reding on september 8 th and october 5 th from home and send them but still the inflated bill is not rectified Plz see the pic attached of my metre reading and cesc resding The difference is substantial[protected] inflated by 1663 units erroneous metre reading Plz rectify this bill and refund me the already paid amount till date Was this information helpful? | |||
