Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — false meter reading

Dear Cesc,
My meter reading date was 7.6.2019.But no one visited my house on yesterday and the bill generated.This is 2nd time I am complaining for fake meter reading.
Few day before my neighbour also complained that someone has come from Cesc.But did not check meter and gone.And said I cannot wait until the gate opening.same happen with me on last month.What type of technician you send who misbehave or not visited and generate fake meter readings.
I am from Kolkata.I have raised a complain.
