Sir,
My address is 10/4, Krishnadhan Karlane, Santragachi, Howrah 711104.
In previous month CESC sent a small bill though no officer of you came to check the meter.Thus in this month the consumption unit and unit charges are in huge amount.And today we're facing freequent power cuts. Without providing proper services how can CESC take bills from us?

From patuli kolkata we face power cuts daily for 2 hrs.. At afternoon times during highest of temperatures through out the day. After several complains nothing is happening. The call centre keeps telling we are trying.. But no results
