Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — high bill of electric bill

We have received high amount of bill, as we are using 2 fans, 3tube light whether our monthly average rs. 600-700/month but for this month got rs. 3440, it might be meter reading was not working properly or some one theft. Our meter is combined in society meter so we are unable to check.
I request to check your end and send a technician at my home

Dear sir,
I.Mr.Surajit kumar singha having customer id [protected] paid my electricity bill through online payment service today at 9.29 am, transaction id BD01CAAQR6EE.AMT.2080/- but have not yet received the receipt of the bill.

PL.do the needful so i get it at the earliest.
