I, ashim kr banerjee with consumer no. [protected] is facing power cut at the dead of night for 3-4 hrs since yerterday. We get answer from your call centre agent that "work is in progress and it will take around 2 hrs time to restore".
My quarries are as follows :
A) why this is happening repeatedly?
B) suspected reason for failure at this locality?
C) what measures cesc is taking to arrest it - so that we can sleep comfortably in the summer?
