I Mukti Ranjan Banerjee cus. Id: [protected], beg to inform you that there was some problem regarding meter reading (old types) and for that reason I switched off my meter and consume energy from Saptarshi Banerjee’s meter cust. id: [protected].
Regarding the problem I went to your Serampore office then Howrah office on 1-dec-2016 docket no:[protected] with my meter photo.
The problem could not be solved, I was informed
that C.E.S.C Ltd decided to change all old types meter as soon as possible. After that C.E.S.C sent me (Not payable bills) as usual but in the month of March 2017 (and meter readied on 17-mar-2017 and the unit was 6966 as before) but I received a bill from your end (approx. unit’s bill 186 units consumed bill with amount Rs.1290) of that switched off meter, I did not pay the bill as it is not payable at my end.
After that my meter has been changed on (21-apr-2017) and set a new digital meter, still now I keep my meter switch of[censored]ntil the problem solve.
I am requesting you please look into the problem and take necessary action to generate a fresh bill as soon as possible to enable me to pay the bill, please do the needful and oblige. Was this information helpful? |
