Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — new meter apply on 24/11/2018,but not getting any inspection

Dear sir,
I apply an on line application for new meter on 24/11/2018. My reference no is --06/25250/18.I got message for infection on 27/11/2018.but till on 12/01/2019.there is no any infection is done from cesc.
After expand of around 2 mnths there is no process start for new connections., kindly see this issue, is this a good service. So kindly see this issue, and resolved the issue and provide a new meter
