My consumer Id no. [protected] and I used to pay my regular electricity bill by advance payment in lamp sum amount. By seeing the last monthly bill of April 2017, I felt to make some more advance to my account to avoid any default on my part. Accordingly I tendered a Rs 20000.00 cheque on 02/05/2017 at your Kamarhati cash counter along with the last bill of April 2017. The concerned person at 'May I Help You " counter refused to accept the same cheque and asked my representative to submit the bill of May 2017( which was not generated till that time). I like to draw your attention in this matter and expecting a suitable reply from your cell for this harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
