In order to pay electricity bill for the month of april, 2017 amounting to rs.1850.00 to cesc i used icici netbanking facility on 18.05.2017 at about 8.51 pm through billdesk gateway. The amount was debited to my account but the same is yet to reach to the service provider i. E. Cesc. I have using 2 Ac my new ac is inverter ac but billing is so high i dont know why is biggest ammount billing unit... I REQUESTED TO PLEASE VISIT MY HOME AND CHECK MY METER
