Dear Sir,
Today 16/9/17. I have paid my bill for the month of Aug '17 through cesc online portal. The money Rs 5080 has been debited to my bank account but I still have not received any SMS from CESC stating that payment has been received. Kindly look into the matter and let me know the status of my transaction.
Given below is the SMS from my bank :
"Hello! Your a/c no ******0349 has been debited by Rs 5080 on[protected]. The a/c balance is Rs 20323.44.Info: INB/[protected]/CALCUTTA ELECTRIC SUPPLY C"
Please give me an update on this issue.
