Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Online transaction failure of monthly bill(August'20) payment | |
I Tanmoy Neogy, Customer ID [protected], Flat no. A/8, Ist floor, Basona Housing Complex, 30, Nagerbazar Road, Kolkata -700 074. have just now made an internet banking payment through billdesk gateway for a billing amount of Rs 4210.00(Rupees four thousand two hundred ten only) for my monthly LT bill for Aug'20 . But transaction was declined despite the said amount (Rs 4210/-) is debited from my account. Initially the netbanking did show successful payment, but while generating payment receipt of CESC Ltd, transaction is said to have failed. The transaction ref .no of my bank is BIL/ONL/[protected]/CESC Ltd/CESC_VIC19. Necessary acknowledge may please be made. Was this information helpful? | |
