Dear sir,
I have wrongly paid twice for the month of august and your system was also received amount not stopped me. Hence i want refund my money.
My consumer id [protected] once i have paid money on 17/09/2017 transaction ref no [protected] and wrongly i paid same on 21/10/2017 transaction ref no [protected] for the month of august.
Please consider my application and take action immediately.
Reply me i will wait for your answer.
