Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — overbilling

Ref: consumer id [protected], bill no : [protected] dated[protected]
In my starting reading was 19897 and ending reading was 20061 therefore differnce was 164 unit. But the chargeble unit was 170 (As per your bill mentioned above).
Therefore please take necessary action to resolve the problem by adjusting the excess billing amount in the subsequent bill.
