I have made a payment of RS 1170 to cesc, kolkata through SBI netbanking on 25/04/16 at 10.40 am . Transaction referrence no IG0BWKKQZ1 and the payment was successful. However, though my account has been debited the amount, Billdesk is yet to forward the same to the company or cesc is yet to acknowledge the reciept. My consumer no is [protected] and customer ID IS [protected]

My electricity Consumer ID with CESC Kolkata is correctly recorded in the CESC Payment portal as ID:[protected]. However, my mobile is wrongly recorded. It should be [protected]. Please change it to the correct number given above.
