[Resolved] Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — payment related

Payed the electricity bill online for the month of november 2017 (Customer id:[protected]) (Consumer no:[protected]) on 22/12/2017 through net banking (Bill desk gateway), but the e-receipt was not generated. The latest payment status has not been updated. But the billing amount has been deducted from the bank. So please send me the payment receipt to my registered e mail id and acknowledge the payment i have made.

Payment amount was reversed into bank account. Receipt was then generated after a fresh new payment of that amount.
