Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — power cut for more than 24 hrs in my locality

There is no power in my locality for last 24 hrs. After the thunderstorms few electricity posts got damaged.. We have lodge complaint but unfortunately cesc failed to make any solution in the last 24 hrs... We r suffering a lot as because we r unable to get water in our house... We r really very upset in the service of cesc... Shame on cesc...
