We first faced the problem at our outlet on 06.10.2019 evening that our ml4 emergency shutdown switch was making noise. We made a complaint after that at 6:07pm with complaint no.[protected].
After that service engineers visited our site and made a temporary connection from the main line suspecting that there may be a major fault in the existing connection.
But they have been informed that we cannot start sale from our outlet with this temporary connection as it a public place where we are dealing with explosive products, petrol and diesel. Temporary connection is not safe. At any time, if any accident happens, there may be a chance of safety hazard, that will become a serious issue. Permanent connection needs to be restored.
On 09.10.2019 after repairing our ml4 esd, we again made a complaint as none visited to repair the permanent connection. Complaint no. [protected].
Yesterday we visited your good office to know what action you have initiated to resolve the issue. After our visit, we are really thankful that you sent your service engineer. But they are good for nothing. They told us that we cannot do anything now. We can only take the temporary connection in such a way so that no accident can take place.
After that our ioc area manager talked to your officer over the phone. He told your officer that without permanent connection if we start our sale, there might be a chance of safety hazard. Your officer assured our area manager that on 11.10.2019 by 10:00am, service engineers will reach the site for restoration of permanent connection.
However, they have reached around 12:00 hrs today. And the whole day they only have tried to find out old connection route, i. E.in which route the connection has come to our electric room from the main line.
Sir, this type of service is not expected from cesc at least. Cesc has a very good record to resolve the complaints as early as possible. But in this case, your officer has not taken any action even after 6 days to resolve the issue. We are unable to give service to our customers because of your casual approach to resolve the issue. You also know that petrol pump deals with explosive products, how your service engineer can made temporary connection where so many cuts have been made joint with red/blue tape. Was it not possible to make another permanent connection removing the old connection.
Police, media are continuously following up with us to immediately resolve the issue and start the service. But only because of your casual approach, we could not start sale from our outlet. Even today also, your officer told us that we can resolve the issue only after getting the old permanent connection route. It may take 2 days, 3 days or may be a week. Is it a reply from an officer of cesc! Are you expecting to take serious action from indian oil against your good office!
Another 2 no. Complaints are also pending with no.[protected] and [protected] dtd. 10.10.2019. Please take action properly and urgently so that we can start our sale from tomorrow.
