This is to inform you that from last 5 to 6 months i am charging excessive electricity bill, which is incorrect. As per my previous months meter reading my consumption unit was also less, but suddenly the bill raised to an excessive amount. I think there is positively a problem in your meter reading or else my meter is not functioning properly. Kindly send your engineer to look into this matter and send me a correct bill as per my actual consumption at the earliest so that i can make payment of my pending bill of this month. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
