[Resolved]  Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — unexpectedly high electric bill

We haven't been staying at this residence since december 2019. It's completely locked. Till february 2020, there were no electricity charges.in march 2020, bill of rupees 750 came out of which around 580 is energy charges. How is this possible. There is nobody staying there. This could be a case of power theft or faulty meter. Please address this asap

Nobody is picking up at their helpline 1912. Please hurry otherwise this will lead to more bills being generated
