This is hereby to inform you that some people who lives in building which is under kolkata municipal corporation are taking advantage and using free electricity for ac. The position of ac compressor is placed in such a way that nobody can find from the streets and the wires are also mixed up. Previously some people were also caught for meter theft but they are given warning and released. Now there are some people who are using ac from municipal corporation. At meet night power cut in my area behala parnasree vivekananda colony. 2 serious pace sent in my house, I will surch and call cesc number but they are not responding in my calls. What the hell about this???????
