Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — wrong billing based on avg. consumption

Customer i'd: [protected]; consumer no. [protected]. For the last 8-9 months i am not residing at my residence since been transferred to other job location. Still cesc charging high amount of bill and for the month of may'18 bill raised for rs. 3120/-!!! I made payment of last bill of above 1000 rupees which resulted into rs. 476/- advance as per last record. Then how come the present bill raised of such hefty amount. Since i don't stay at my residence at present & consume electricity hence i am in no position to make payment of such huge bill. Kindly look into & excuse me from such burden. Thanking you.
