My cesc customer id : [protected] & consumer no.: [protected] & bill no. : [protected]
I’ve already left the house in the middle of october and its locked still now.
If you check our previous records, you can see that, so i cannot understand why you’ve billed 286 unit for the month of august (Which also is the same for the same month of the previous year).
I thought this was an assumption based on the previous year bill and will be corrected/adjusted in the consequent bill.
But this is not happened and you’ve sent me due, green bill along with the disconnection notice.
Please correct the thing and let me know what had happened.
