I am 2017 pass out, i had submitted my request in emergency on june 17 2019 and now it's sep 19. I just got a notification saying that islts on process on july 30th 2019. Till now ters no response and i have not got the certificate. I have been selected for a job in dubai and can not join without the certificate. I have completed mba after degree too. Plz help me.
