Calicut University — original mcom certificate not received

Sir,

I am shaji. I have applied for my original mcom certificate in april 2018 and paid the required fee to get it urgently.
Now i need the certificate for my job purpose. But i didn't get it yet. There is no responds from the centre.
I have passed it from calicut university in 2012 and my registration number is mlakdcm125
