Calicut University — pg allotments

I have got 80 percentage in my physics degree 2019..even in second allotment for pg I haven't got it. But those who got way less percentage than me got it. Why so? We also want to study.. Pls do a third allotment, as I saw a recent article in newspaper that you guys are not doing it.. Needs help.. Being desperate for a seat...there are lots like me .

Passed out degree in the year 2014.Tried to apply for original degree certificate online but the system saysbthat mybregister number is not found or no student with such a register number is found.in need of my certificate urgently
