Callhealth — delay with refund process

I booked a test with callhealth on 2nd jan 2018 and immediately cancelled the service. For the booking i paid 523 from my patm wallet and now when i am requesting them to refund my amount they say its till not cleared with the finance team. I spoke with their customer care multiple times over phone but they say they will escalate and the finance team is still not processing. I find it a bad service to the customer and request the top management to consider this on priority and immediately initiate the refund process.
