Can Fin Homes — Foreclose Letter and list of documents. A/C No.[protected]

Dear Sir
I would like to close my Loan Account which was held at Kukatpally Canfin for which I requested a letter of out standing on 8/06/2021.
But still now i did not receive any update regarding the same. While contacting Branch Mr Bhaskar and Vittal are saying that they are being sent reminders to Regional Office. Still now I am unable to Get a Letter of Outstanding. Due to delay if Buyer fails to purchase property who will bear my financial losses.Baskar and Vital gave the Banglore number and mail id.They were not lift the phone. I was sent 20 mails to banglore greiveance but no response. Nobody listen my problem in Hyderabad branch. I am working woman I couldn't handle this type of people. Please help on this. I am facing the same issue to close the loan with canfin homes. Please advice me to the procedure to close the loan as earliest.
