Canara Bank — about missing refund amount | |||
My account number[protected] I purchased 3 product on 4th of april 2019. (Amazon) using my canara bank debit card (Amount are deduct rs. 2147) same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 10th & 14th april 2019 the month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected]Amount are 899+899+349 = 2147) I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.
