Canara Bank — amazon reversal amount not credited in my bank account

I had purchased faber dish washer costing rs.25, 999/- was returned back to amazon. Upon checking with amazon they are insisting that they have initiated the payment refund on 7th september 2019 and provided the reference number 74332749251925087483954. I request canara bank to please check on this transaction and have this credited to my account immediatly.
